Introduction of Aerosol Tin Can Components

Aerosol tin can, also called three-piece can. A can-type packaging container formed by using a metal sheet as a material through compression bonding, resistance welding, and resistance welding, is composed of a can body, a bottom, and a top.

There are many types top and bottom for different size cans.

For the tops, we can do outside gold  lacquered with inside clear lacquered/ outside clear  lacquered with inside gold lacquered/ both sides clear lacquered/ both sides gold lacquered.

For the bottoms, we can make outside clear lacquered with inside plain/ outside gold lacquered with inside plain/ outside clear lacquered with inside gold lacquered/ outside gold lacquered with inside gold lacquered.

Production process of can top:

Iron Cutting→Oil coating→punching cover→round edge→glue injection-drying curing.

Production process of can bottom:

Iron Cutting→Oil coating→punching cover→glue injection-drying curing.
