The application history of the three-piece can has been nearly 200 years, although it has been improved many times, its basic composition is still made of three metal sheets (mostly tinplate) from the body of the can, the bottom of the can and the lid of the can, so it is named "three-piece can". Its shape, size and manufacturing method of the bottom and lid of the ordinary three-piece can are exactly the same, collectively referred to as the lid. There are two main sealing forms of the longitudinal seam of the tank body: tin welding and fusion welding. The former was used earlier, but it has been eliminated because of the lead in the solder. The latter can avoid lead pollution, low energy consumption, less material consumption, but the production equipment is complex. The three-piece can has the characteristics of good rigidity, can produce cans of various shapes, high material utilization rate, easy to change size, mature production process, and many kinds of packaging products.

The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for empty aerosol tin can is based on 1500 pieces tinplate sheet, it will be cut to small pieces according to the diameter and height of aerosol tin can. The column is fixed, then we calculate the line by can height, see details as below, Diameter of Can (mm) 45 52 57 60 65 70 Number of Columns 6 5 5 5 4 or 5 4   For example, the popular size 52x195mm The number of columns are 5, and the lines are 4, so the MOQ is 5 columns *4 lines *1500pieces=30,000 pieces. And size 65x158mm, it can be 4 columns or 5 column 1. The number of columns are 4, and the lines are 5, MOQ is  4 columns *5 lines *1500pieces=30,000 pieces. 2.The number of columns are 5, and the lines are 5, MOQ is  5 columns *5 lines *1500pieces=37,500 pieces. We can accept maximum 4 different designs (one line for one design). Rule for combined designs For combined design, it can be same diameter only. Transparent printing can’t be combined with white coating, as the printing process is not the same. The cans without inner lacquer can’t be combined with those in inner lacquer.
