The arrival and installation of this second line follows the successful launch of the company's first aluminum can line and reflects the strong market response Sihai has received since entering the aluminum segment. Expanding Capacity to Serve Global Demand

As a manufacturer with over 27 years of experience in metal packaging, Guangdong Sihai has long been recognized for its high-quality empty aerosol tin can products, covering three-piece aerosol cans in diameters of 45mm, 52mm, 57mm, 60mm, 65mm, and 70mm, along with aerosol can cones and domes. The addition of a second aluminum line complements this established tin can business, allowing the company to offer customers a broader choice of materials under one roof.

The new line is designed to produce high-quality empty aerosol aluminum cans for a wide range of applications, including personal care, household chemicals, automotive products, and industrial specialties. Commissioning and Quality Assurance

Combined with its existing automated tin can production infrastructure—including 16 fully automatic pressing lines for cones and 9 lines for domes—the expanded aluminum capability enables the company to respond more flexibly to customer requirements in terms of material, size, pressure rating, and volume.

Guangdong Sihai's in-house R&D and mold design teams will also support customization on the new aluminum line, allowing customers to develop tailored specifications for their specific products.
