Sihai is not a single-line can maker. We operate an integrated production chain that covers every stage of aerosol can manufacturing — from raw tinplate to finished, printed, tested cans.
Iron Cutting
Raw tinplate coils are cut to specification in-house, with flat cut and wavy cut options depending on the downstream process.
Iron Printing
Our printing workshop handles film and printing design, coating, and iron-printing on high-precision lines. This is where your artwork, colors, and safety markings go directly onto the tinplate.
Pressing & Component Production
Cone and dome components are produced on fully automated lines — 16 lines for cones at 320 pcs/min, and 9 lines for domes at 900 pcs/min.
Can Making
The can-making flow runs through slitting, welding, drying, can sealing, leak testing, and packaging — all under one roof.
Independent Laboratory
We maintain an independent laboratory and develop our own molds in-house, giving us control over both quality verification and customization speed.
Trading & Supply
In addition to finished cans, we trade aerosol can cone and dome components, giving customers a single source for both complete cans and component supply.
Every batch follows a defined inspection path before shipment.
