Step 1: Iron Cutting

We start by precisely cutting high-quality tinplate coils into sheets based on the required can diameter and production specifications. Our precision shearing process ensures consistent sheet dimensions while reducing material waste, creating a reliable base for the following printing and forming stages.

We manufacture aerosol cans in standard diameters of Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm, with additional specifications available to meet individual customer requirements.

Step 2: Custom Tinplate Printing

The cut tinplate sheets are printed according to the customer’s approved artwork. Equipped with imported Japanese FUJI printing equipment, we deliver precise CMYK color printing with clear graphics and consistent color reproduction.

Before production begins, our team carefully reviews the artwork and printing specifications to ensure that all text, graphics, colors, and design elements can be accurately reproduced on the tinplate. Customized printing allows customers to create packaging that effectively reflects their brand identity and product requirements.

Step 3: Cone & Dome Pressing

After printing, the tinplate sheets are precision-formed into aerosol can cones and domes. The pressing process is carefully controlled to maintain accurate dimensions and consistent shapes, ensuring proper fit with the can body and valve components.

The formed components are then coated with a clear protective lacquer to provide additional surface protection while preserving the appearance of the printed tinplate. We support standard aerosol can diameters from Ø45mm to Ø70mm, including Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm.

Step 4: Can Assembly & Quality Inspection

The printed and formed components are assembled into finished aerosol cans through our automated production lines. Sihai operates 9 automated can-making lines equipped with SOUDRONIC welding machines, air leak testers, and infrared inline inspection systems.

During production, the welding process is closely controlled to ensure reliable can-body integrity. Air leak testing helps identify potential leakage, while infrared inline inspection provides continuous monitoring for production defects.

By combining automated manufacturing with systematic quality inspection, we maintain consistent dimensions, reliable sealing performance, and stable product quality throughout the production process.
