These Ø57mm × 207mm refillable aerosol tin cans are built for insecticide sprays and similar household aerosol products. The neck-in structure gives each can a slim, lightweight appearance while keeping it compatible with standard valves and actuators used in insecticide packaging.

Made from quality tinplate with a body thickness range of 0.18–0.23mm, these cans offer a good balance between weight, strength, and pressure resistance. The deformation pressure of 1.2–1.8 MPa and burst pressure of 1.4–2.0 MPa support reliable performance during filling, storage, and daily use.

External printing supports CMYK and PANTONE customization, while the inside coating can be plain or golden lacquered depending on the formulation being filled. With DOT 2N/2P/2Q compliance and pallet or carton packing, these cans are suitable for both wholesale supply and customized aerosol packaging projects.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Iron Cutting

Production starts with high-quality tinplate coils, which are sheared into sheets according to the required diameter and forming specifications. The cutting process is controlled to keep sheet dimensions consistent and reduce material waste, providing a stable base for printing and forming.

Step 2: Printing & Coating

External printing supports both CMYK and PANTONE colors based on the customer's approved artwork. Inside coating can be plain or golden lacquered depending on the formulation being filled, helping protect the tinplate and maintain product stability.

Step 3: Neck-in & Pressing

The printed tinplate is pressed into cone and dome components, and the neck-in process tapers the top of the can to a smaller diameter. This step is carefully controlled to maintain smooth curvature and consistent geometry for reliable valve fit.

Step 4: Welding & Inspection

The can body, cone, and dome are assembled on automated lines using SOUDRONIC welding machines. Air leak testing and infrared inline inspection are carried out during production to help ensure reliable sealing and consistent product quality before packing.
