This Ø65mm aerosol can cone and dome set is manufactured for customers who require dependable component quality for three-piece aerosol can production. Each part is formed through precision pressing to maintain stable dimensions, smooth curvature, and consistent fit with the can body and valve assembly.
The components are available with either a clear lacquer or white coating finish. The clear lacquer helps protect the tinplate surface while preserving the printed appearance, while the white coating provides a clean base for additional decoration or branding requirements.
Our cone and dome production covers the full standard aerosol can diameter range, including Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm. Customers can specify diameter, coating type, and packaging requirements according to their production needs.
High-quality tinplate coils are sheared into sheets with consistent thickness and dimensions.
Clear lacquer or white coating is applied to protect the surface and prepare for printing.
Cone and dome shapes are formed through high-precision pressing for consistent geometry.
Components undergo dimensional and surface inspection before being packed for shipment.
Production begins with the selection and shearing of high-quality tinplate. The material is cut into sheets according to the required diameter and forming specifications, ensuring consistent thickness and clean edges for the subsequent coating and pressing stages.
Depending on customer requirements, the tinplate is coated with either a clear lacquer or a white coating. The clear lacquer protects the metal surface while maintaining the natural tinplate appearance, while the white coating provides an opaque base suitable for further decoration.
The coated tinplate is then formed into aerosol can cones and domes using high-precision pressing equipment. The process is carefully controlled to maintain consistent dimensions, smooth surfaces, and proper curvature for reliable assembly with the can body and valve components.
Finished cone and dome components are inspected for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Products are then packed according to customer requirements, ready for shipment or further processing on aerosol can assembly lines.
