Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Iron Cutting

Production starts with high-quality tinplate coils, which are sheared into sheets according to the required diameter and forming specifications. The cutting process is controlled to keep sheet dimensions consistent and reduce material waste, providing a stable base for printing and forming.

Step 2: Printing & Coating

The prepared sheets are printed using imported printing equipment, supporting full CMYK color reproduction based on the customer's approved artwork. A protective coating is applied to help maintain the printed surface and prepare the tinplate for the forming stages.

Step 3: Neck-in & Pressing

The printed tinplate is pressed into cone and dome components, and the neck-in process tapers the top of the can to a smaller diameter. This step is carefully controlled to maintain smooth curvature and consistent geometry for reliable valve fit.

Step 4: Welding & Inspection

The can body, cone, and dome are assembled on automated lines using SOUDRONIC welding machines. Air leak testing and infrared inline inspection are carried out during production to help ensure reliable sealing and consistent product quality before packing.
