Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Iron Cutting

We begin with precision shearing of high-quality tinplate coils into sheets according to the required can diameter and production specifications. Our cutting process is designed to maintain consistent sheet dimensions and minimize material waste, providing a stable foundation for the subsequent printing and forming processes.

We support standard aerosol can diameters including Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm, with different specifications available according to customer requirements.

Step 2: Custom Tinplate Printing

The prepared tinplate sheets are printed according to the customer's approved artwork. Using imported Japanese FUJI printing equipment, we provide high-quality CMYK color printing with consistent color and clear graphic reproduction.

Before mass production, we carefully check the customer's artwork and printing requirements to ensure that the design, text, graphics, and colors can be properly reproduced on the tinplate. Customized printing is available to help customers achieve their desired packaging appearance and brand presentation.

Step 3: Cone & Dome Pressing

After printing, the tinplate sheets are formed into aerosol can cones and domes through precision pressing. The forming process is carefully controlled to maintain consistent dimensions and shape, ensuring reliable compatibility with the can body and valve components.

After pressing, the components are coated with a clear protective lacquer, providing additional surface protection while maintaining the appearance of the printed tinplate. Our production capability covers the standard aerosol can diameter range, including Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm.

Step 4: Can Assembly & Quality Inspection

The printed and formed components are transferred to the can assembly process, where the can body, cone, and dome are assembled into the finished aerosol can.

We operate 9 automated production lines equipped with SOUDRONIC welding machines, air leak testing equipment, and infrared inline inspection systems. During production, the weld seam is carefully controlled to ensure reliable can-body integrity, while air leak testing helps identify potential leakage issues.

The infrared inline inspection system provides continuous monitoring during production, helping detect potential defects and maintain consistent product quality. Through the combination of automated equipment and multiple quality-control procedures, we aim to provide aerosol cans with stable dimensions, reliable sealing performance, and consistent production quality.
