These Ø65mm × 159mm refillable empty straight-wall aerosol tin cans are produced for 220g butane gas applications, where dimensional accuracy and reliable sealing are essential. The straight-wall structure keeps the can body uniform from top to bottom, giving a clean, stable profile for filling lines and valve assembly.

Made from durable tinplate with a body thickness of 0.18–0.23mm, these cans balance strength, weight, and pressure resistance. Deformation pressure is controlled within 1.2–1.8 MPa and burst pressure within 1.4–2.0 MPa, supporting safe and consistent performance during butane filling, storage, and transport.

External printing supports CMYK and PANTONE customization, while the inside coating can be plain or golden lacquered based on the formulation. With DOT 2N/2P/2Q compliance and pallet or carton packing, these cans are suitable for both wholesale supply and customized butane gas aerosol projects.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Raw Material Warehouse

Production begins with high-quality tinplate material stored in our raw material warehouse. Material is inspected before use to ensure consistent thickness and surface condition for subsequent processing.

Step 2: Iron Cutting

Tinplate coils are cut into sheets sized for aerosol can diameters including Ø45mm, Ø52mm, Ø57mm, Ø60mm, Ø65mm, and Ø70mm. Controlled cutting helps reduce waste and keeps sheet dimensions stable.

Step 3: Iron Printing

Printing is carried out on imported Japan FUJI machines, supporting CMYK color reproduction based on the customer's approved artwork. This step transforms functional cans into branded packaging with clear graphics and consistent color.

Step 4: Pressing

Clear oil coated tinplate is pressed into cone and dome components for standard diameters from Ø45mm to Ø70mm. The pressing process is carefully controlled to maintain smooth curvature and consistent geometry for reliable valve fit.

Step 5: Aerosol Can Making

The can body, cone, and dome are assembled on 9 production lines. This multi-line setup supports stable output and helps ensure on-time delivery for both wholesale and customized orders.

Step 6: Quality Inspection

Air inspection machines and infrared auto-inspection systems are used during production to help detect potential defects and maintain consistent product quality before packing.

Step 7: Aerosol Can Packing

Finished cans are packed with pallets or cartons according to customer requirements. Packing is designed to protect the cans during transport and storage.

Step 8: The Stock

After production and packing, aerosol cans are stored in the warehouse. Stock management helps support stable supply and quick response to customer orders.

Step 9: Loading

Loading and delivery are arranged according to customer requirements. We coordinate shipment details to help ensure smooth and timely delivery.
