This 65mm straight wall empty aerosol tinplate can is designed for reliable performance and stable pressure resistance.

We pay great attention to sealing performance and pressure resistance. During production, we carry out leak testing, burst pressure testing, coating inspection, and printing quality inspection to ensure product stability and safety.

For printing, we use advanced Japanese Fuji four-color printing equipment. We support both CMYK and PANTONE printing, with different coating and varnish options according to customer requirements.

Product Process

Step 1: Raw Material Warehouse -- Use high-quality tinplate material.

Step 2: Iron-Cutting -- Cut the roll raw tinplate to suitable sizes for diameters 45mm, 52mm, 57mm, 60mm, 65mm, and 70mm cans.

Step 3: Iron-Printing -- color printing according to customer's design (CMYK colors) with imported Japan FUJI machine

Step 4: Pressing -- Clear oil coating tinplate pressing cone & dome for diameters 45mm, 52mm, 57mm, 60mm, 65mm, and 70mm cans sizes.

Step 5: Aerosol Can-Making -- 9 production lines making tin cans for security delivery time.

Step 6: Quality Inspection -- Air inspection machine and infrared ray auto-inspection machines for quality products.

Step 7: Aerosol Can Packing -- packing with pallets or cartons

Step 8: The Stock -- Aerosol cans are packaged and stored in the warehouse after production.

Step 9: Loading -- Loading and delivery according to customer requirements.
